Is it safe to order online?
Of course. Urban groove uses the global leader in online payments, PayPal. Paypal offers you a Secure, Accessible, Fast, Easy (SAFE), and reliable environment for making online payments. Are my personal details safe with urban groove?
Urban groove practices safe e–commerce. We do not store credit card details and at no time do we share any of our customers information with any other parties. We do retain customer information in the interest of further communication with our customers. If at anytime you would like your information removed from our files please contact us urbangroove43@bigpond.com
What is urban groove’s refunds/exchange policy?
There is nothing that pleases us more than a happy customer, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We will need a copy of your receipt to be included in the return. We will notify you as soon as we receive it and provide you with a credit note to be used within three months.
Exchanges are to be returned at the customers own expense and sent to urban groove, 10 James St, Burleigh Heads, Qld, 4220.
We can not accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale. Please note: A returned item must have packaging intact or we are unable to accept the item for return or exchange.
Does urban groove Deliver Worldwide?
Yes , we will ship all over the world. Shipping costs may vary so please see shipping details for further information on this.
When will my order be sent?
All orders received will be processed and on confirmation of the the order the goods will be packed ready to be dispatched usually the next business day, either by Aust Post or courier, depending on destination.
When will my order arrive?
All orders should arrive within 3-5 business days from confirmation of the order. There is an express postage option which will generally be delivered within 2 business days to most locations is Australia. Please add extra time for international orders.
What are your payment options?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard. American Express, Discovery or Directly from your bank account using Paypal.

How Can I place an order?

Do you gift wrap?
All orders sent from urban groove have the option to be wrapped.
Should you require your order to be wrapped as a gift, please let us know in the comments section of the ordering process and we will wrap free of charge.
